a bunch of firsts

It was a busy weekend of firsts at our house!

First pigtails!
Isn't she so cute!! She has a lot of hair on the sides, so we thought, why not? It turns out she looks even cuter! Is that possible?



First high chair moments.
M loves to watch Roxy below her while she sits in her chair. She also likes to feed Roxy lots of Cheerios and other fun treats..what a good sister!



First funny face.
I am loving the scrunched up nose smile...she has been doing the scruching since birth, but she has just figured out that she is really cute when she does it while smiling! Too much!



First petting zoo.
Matilda pet her first bunny, duckling, and even a donkey. She was kind of freaked out by the donkey though. It was funny to see her face. David was so great with her. They even indulged me while I walked around the farmer's market after...They are the cutest!!



First hug from a wild river man!
We sure did miss David! It was so fun to be together again on Saturday. We went to the Dairy Bar, Farmer's Market, Petting Zoo, BBQ, and even squeezed in a family nap. What a fun day! Welcome home Daddy!



ps...David kept the beard till Monday...it was pretty fun for the weekend!! But, we like seeing his face again!
