very traditional
i am LOVING this book right now! i think i've renewed it 3 times from our local library. i returned it today, thinking that i should give someone else a chance...and i've come to grips with the fact that i cannot remember each page, so i will have break down and buy it...oh darn!!
i love making new traditions and discovering old ones from my childhood. plus, i love incorporating the area in which we live and local/regional celebrations. we have loved starting these traditions and this book has fueled my quest to make it more of a priority.
some of our favorite traditions are fasnacht day, attending the pumpkin festival in keene, nh each autumn, picking fruit together each summer, visiting cape cod each year, and i could probably go on and on.
i hope that we will always be able to savor and enjoy all these wonderful times together and with friends and family. and i hope that our children will remember SOME of them.
*do you have any special traditions in your family?*
*do you have any traditions to recommend?*
*are you going to check this book out?*
