Alaskan Delicacy

We finally decided to break into our stash of goodies that my Dad brought us from his Alaskan adventures. Let me just say that this was the best salmon I have had in a really long time! We were so excited and grateful for our little treasures/souvenirs from his trip. Our mouths have been watering for 2 weeks and we just couldn't take it anymore! Anyway, just thought you would like to enjoy it with us! And Sara...the dill sauce was for you! We sure did our best to savour every bite! Wish you all could have come to dinner!
