something new and amazing from heather bailey...as always, she is soooo creative! i am in awe. what a simple and fun invention!!
you wear trash ties in place of barrettes, bobby pins and hair elastics to create an infinite variety of hair styles. you HAVE to check these out...very cool! especially for the little girls! 
i can't wait to try them out!
