quiet

my house is quiet right now.

it's 3:40pm and everyone is sleeping. i should be sewing pillows for a primary service project tomorrow, but i am blog surfing and doing a little cyber retail therapy. i should also be preparing my lesson (sharing time) for the children on sunday, and for my meeting on monday, and for the young women's lesson on wednesday, and for my leadership luau on thursday.

but, i just cleaned up puke, babysat for a neighbor, changed 3 poopy diapers, did the dishes, 2 loads of laundry, made 2 meals and 2 snacks, and spent the entire day on the phone resolving a scheduling conflict.

so, i am now making a written record and instating a new mantra for the next week...

..."by this time next week...i will be at the cape...oh joy, oh rapture!!"





but, for now...my sewing machine is waiting...
