happy valentine's day!

we are loving these at our house lately! an early valentine for our daddy valentine. it was so fun to let m help...she loves to dump stuff in!

Sugar Cookies

6 Tbl. Butter
1/3 C. Shortening
3/4 C. Sugar
1 Egg
1 Tbl. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 C. Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. salt

* cover and chill for 3 hours. i totally hate refrigerating dough, but these are worth it! then roll out and use cookie cutters to your hearts desire!! bake at 375 degrees for 7-8 minutes.

{i know i got this recipe from someone, i just can't remember who...same with the g-bread pancakes and who knows what else! ...i think my preggo brain has totally taken over...plus, my recipe folder overfloweth...so a big sorry to whoever this belongs to...leave a comment and take some credit!!}
